Property Solutions Group is a third party multi-family property management company based in Memphis, TN. Our clients include both public and private ownership entities ranging from individual investors and partnership groups to institutional investors such as banks and mortgage companies.

Eddy Chester serves as the president of Property Solutions Group and has over 28 years of experience in the property management industry. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a professional designation given by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has previously served on the board of directors for the local chapter of IREM – Memphis Chapter #20 and on the board of directors for the Memphis Apartment Association. A native of Memphis, Eddy has a working knowledge of the different submarkets within the city and the experience to operate the many different types of properties within the Memphis area.
